雙壁波紋管是采用兩臺(tái)單螺桿擠出機(jī)塑化擠出物料,經(jīng)復(fù)合機(jī)頭將物料擠出并形成壁厚均勻的同心胚管,進(jìn)入成型機(jī)內(nèi)與模塊組合成腔。在外層與模塊之間抽真空,使外層緊貼模塊,同時(shí)在內(nèi)層與外層之間填充壓縮空氣,使波峰處的內(nèi)外層分離,在定徑棒和模塊的作用下,使波谷處的內(nèi)外層壓合,從而形成內(nèi)壁平滑,外壁凹凸的雙層波紋管。
雙壁波紋管按材質(zhì)分PVC和PE兩大類。 |
Dual Wall Bellows may adopt two sets of single screw extruding machine in plasticizing and extruding materials,extrude materials through the composite head and form the concentric embryonic pipe with uniform wall thickness,enter into the shaping machine to form a cavity in combination with the module.Evacuate the air between the exterior layer and module,make the exterior layer cling to the exterior and the interior,make the exterior layer separated form the module on the position of wave ridge,under the effection of sizing diameter bar and module,make the exterior/interior layers laminated on the position of wave trough,and then form the dual wall bellows with smooth wall on the interior,concave and convex on the exterior wall.
Dual wall bellows may be divided into two primary categories as PVC and PE.
